Continuing Education/CE Broker

The New Mexico Board of Nursing has partnered with CE Broker to help licensees and certificate holders manage the requirements of continuing education. As of July 1, 2019, all licensees and certificate holders will be required to upload proof of continuing education to CE broker before licenses/certificates will be renewed. (For licenses issues PRIOR to 2017, you will need to enter the letters and numbers on your nursing license.)

As of December 13, 2022 the APRN National Certification covers the continuing educational requirement for both the APRN and RN 30 CEU requirements. National Certifications must be uploaded to CE Broker with each renewal cycle. APRN’s who hold an active DEA license are still required to complete 5 hours of non-cancer pain management.
